Welcome to my blog!
My name is Michael Mellon. I am an appellate attorney practicing in New Jersey. I am also an LLM student with a focus in cyber law and data privacy at Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I am creating this blog as an outlet to release privacy and cybersecurity related information quickly. While I intend to continue to contribute to law reviews, newspapers, and the like; I believe there is a need to post and disseminate content more expeditiously so that my audience may be informed sooner. This necessarily means that the content in this blog will not be subject to peer review. Accordingly, please note that:
- None of this content should be viewed as legal advice. The information posted here constitutes my personal views and opinions only. Please conduct your own independent research and analysis before relying on anything in this blog.
- The views expressed here are mine and mine alone. They do not represent the views of any organization I am affiliated with.
- There will likely be spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and other issues with this content. In the name of speed, I am the only one reviewing these posts. I miss things!
- Please feel free to repost or quote this blog as you see fit, keeping in mind that the information DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE. I cannot stop you from citing to this blog, nor would I want to. I only ask that you give proper credit.
